RESOLUTION - 7 -72/73
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the Department of
Transportation of Florida, to locate, construct and maintain or improve a
portion of State Road No_ 5 Palm Beach County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said project are
Village
owned by the e"y of Tequesta and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request has been made for a
Village
conveyance of a portion of said lands of this CS 7; and
UPON MOTION OF William E. Leone and seconded
by Nicholas A. Del Ninno _, the City Commission does agree
• to authorize and direct its Mayor Commissioner and City Clerk to execute the
necessary instruments to effect such conveyance.
