RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PAYING AGENT FOR
$1,700,000. WATER REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA.
IYHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida, has heretofore under date of November 21, 1967, duly enacted
an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $1,700,000. eater Revenue
Certificates; and
4MREAS, said ordinance in Section 2.01 thereof provides
that the paying agent for said Certificates would be designated by
the Village Council at a later date; and
'WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the Manufac-
turers Hanover Trust Company, New York City, New York, shall act as
such paying agent, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company is
hereby authorized to act as paying agent for the $1,700,000. Water
Revenue Certificates of the Village of Tequesta, Florida.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately. .
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 20th day of February , A.D., 1968.
