RESOLUTION
• A RESOLUTION OF' THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL STREET LIGHTING AGREEMENT WITH THE
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY.
WHEREAS, we, the Council of the Village of , - �equesta desire
street lighting in the Village of 1 equesta; and,
WHEREAS, the Dlorida Power and Light Company iias indicated
its willingness to begib such service;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILTAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VII.L,AGE OF TERUESTA, FLORIDA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
as follows:
"That the Mayor and Village Clerk of the Village of y equesta,
Florida are hereby authorized to enter into a Municipal Street
Lighting Agreement with the Florida Power and Light Company.'?
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th day of June , A.D. 1960.
