The matter came before the undersigned regarding Respondent's letter dated July 18, 2007 and
Petitioner's letter dated July 23, 2007.
On July 18, 2007, Respondent's attorney requested that this matter be continued for 30 days
due to his firm being retained on or about July 11, 2007. Respondent's attorney further stated that he
was on vacation out of State through the date of the presently scheduled hearing.
On or about July 23, 21007, Petitioner's attorney objected to Respondent's request for a
continuance.
Having reviewed said letters and being fully advised in the premises it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Respondent's request for a continuance regarding this matter is hereby GRANTED.
2. A hearing will be held before the Special Magistrate on the 23 day of August , 2007, at
• 10:00 a.m., at the Village of Tequesta, Code Compliance Division, 345 Tequesta Drive,
Tequesta, Florida.
