Address: 112 FAIRVIEW WEST Tequesta, Florida 33459 Legal Description, TEQY M T A LT 55 i • The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chanter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 20 day of October, 2006, and based on the evidence and testhnony presented, the following FINDDTGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS O F LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 7 1. The Respondent, FR ANA MEROLA, was not present at the hearing, however, there a finding of p� caper notice. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to, and ofTered photographs, of the repeat violation. NCLUUM („ )F LAW Respondent, iRM-4K MEROLA, is in repeat violation of Section 30-33, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that the Village may maintain the lawn and charge the Respondent accordingly. The Respondent shall be assessed one lxandred nineteen- dollars and twenty nine - cents ($119.29 for administrative costs to be paid by the 9` day of November, 2006.
