The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chater 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Erfo Bement Hearing held on the 26 day of October, 2005, and based on
tyre viden-ce and testimony presented, the following FIND P'rTG S OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS
OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered:

I. The Respondent, ROBERT FRITZ, was represented at the hearing by his
daughter SherrTy Fritz,
2. There was a finding of proper notice.
31 The Te-questa Corte Enforcement Offic=er testified to and produced
photographs of the violation.
4, Sherry Fritz produced photos at the hearing regarding the reason for the
violation.
• CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent. ROBERT FRITZ, was but is no longer in violation of Section 644, of the
Cade of Ordinances of the Village of TequestA.

It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that Respondent, ROBERT
FF�TT7 shall continue to comply with Section 644, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
TegwestW.
Despondent shall be assessed one - hundred- six - dollars and thirty- two -cents ($146.32) for
administrative costs.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Vifflage of
Tequesta Code Enfur —c ment Clerk at (551) 575- 3 to request a reinspection of the propert
