The Respondent, ROBERT FRITZ, was represented at the hearing by his daughter SherrTy Fritz, 2. There was a finding of proper notice. 31 The Te-questa Corte Enforcement Offic=er testified to and produced photographs of the violation. 4, Sherry Fritz produced photos at the hearing regarding the reason for the violation. • CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent.
