The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hoar code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chayter 162, Florida Statutes, has heed
testi - M-0ny at the Cody Enforceinynt Hearing hold on the 26 day of October, 2005, and based on
the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, coNcLUSIOt,TS
OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, ROBERT SYLER, ;1:., was not present at the
hearing however, there was a, finding of proper notice.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced
photographs of the violation.
CONCLUSION'S OF LAW
Respondent, ROBERT SYLER, M is in violation of Section 644, of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

it is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magi�+1.to t Respondent, ROBERT
SYLE JR., shell comply with Section 644 of the Code of O rdinances of the Village of
Tequesta by 5:00 p.m. on the 20 day of October, 2006,
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, Respondent shall be assessed a
fine of two hundred - fifty - dollars ($250.00) per day until the property is in full compliance.
A Fine Assessment Hear will be held before the Special iriagistr 6 y f

December, 2006, at 10 :00 a.m., at the Village of Tequesta, Code Compliance Division, 3 599
Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida.
The Respondent shall be assessed one - hundred - eight- four-dollars and fifty- seven -cants
($184 7) for administrative costs to be paid by the 9 day of November, 2006.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm reach
County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute alien against the property of the original
amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by
the IRtespon lent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutm for the original am- ount,
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) $75 -3826 to request a reinspeetion of the property.
