Address: 475 SEABROOK ROAD Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: 25- 40 -42, S 130 FT OF N 260 FT OF E 238.13 FT OF W 635 FT OF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 (LESS W 75 FT, ELY 45.88 FT SEA-BROOK) The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 22 " day of September, 2005, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: E MMS OF FACT L The Respondent, DONNA LEFFLER., was not present at the hearing, however there was a finding of proper notice. 2. The Village and the Respondent agreed to an extension of time. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent, DONNA LEFFLER, remains in violation of Chapter 78 Article LX Division 9 sec. 78 -586 Page CD 78:117, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that an extension of time is granted from the 28` day of September, 2005 through the 28` day of November, 2005. The Respondent, DONNA LEFFL,ER, shall comply with Chapter 78 Article IX Division 9 sec. 78- 586 Page CD 78: 112, the above listed Cade sections of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by November 28, 2005. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two- hundred- fifty- dollars ($200.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A Fine Assessment Dearing will be held before the Special Master on the 15` day of December, 2005, at 10-00 a-m., at the Village of Tequesta, Code Compliance Division, 399 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, 'Florida. A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach • County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 744 -4012 to request a reinspection of the property.
