Village of Tequesta
Renovation and improvement proposal at "Tequesta Palm Inn", located at 220 US Highway 1
North.
The owners intensions to improve and upgrade the property are as follows:
• Bring families and upscale vacationers
• Will sizably invest into improving overall look of the existing property, to upgrade the
property in keeping with the upscale appearance of t� general community.
Please see the following r�ndering, The drawing directs your attention to the following
proposed changes:
Standing seem metal roof, much like existing metal roofs in Tequesta and Jupiter
The thr�ee dormers, to break up the monolithic structur�
The two chimneys help to b�eak up long building expanse
The shutters help to enhance t�e design
The owner hope5 that these not struucctural minor changes will help to attract famity vacationers.
Owner also will in the futu�e submit drawings for a shelter with park setting, an exterior
barbeque center and the swimming pool.
At this time we ask that Board approves following:
1. Paint colors submitted
2. Exterior decorative nonfunctioral shutters
3. The proposed future metal roof
4. The proposed future dormers
5. The proposed futur�e chimneys
The presentation today when approved will be followed by architectural drawings for the
Building Department approval.
