NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The proposed millage rate of 6.4980 mils per $1,000.00 of assessed value, necessary to fund the tentative budgets for the Fiscal Year of 2006/2007 is hereby set. SECTION 2: The proposed millage rate of 6.4980 mils per $1,000 of assessed value for the Fiscal Year of 2006-2007 is 18.186% greater than the rolled-back millage rate of 5.4981 mils per $1,000.00 of assessed value.
