Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7 :00 p.m. Candidates must be Village of Tequesta residents and registered voters of Palm Beach County. Council Seats: 2 and 4 (2 year terms) Present Seat Holders: Seat 2 — Patricia Watkins Seat 4 — Tom Paterno Qualifying Period: 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, January 25, 2011 through 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, February 8, 2011 FEES: Filing Fee Per Village Charter: $30.00 Election Assessment Fee: $30.00 Total Filing Fee: $60.00 Nominating Petition: Signed by at least fifty (50) registered voters of the incorporated Village of Tequesta shall be submitted during the qualifying period and certified by the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections.
