WHEREAS, the valuation table is no longer relevant to the new fee structure; and WHERAS, the intent of this ordinance is to delete the Valuation Data Table from the Village of Tequesta Code of Ordinances, Section 14-151 in Chapter 14, Article VI, Permit Fees; and BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1— The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta hereby deletes Section 14- 151, Valuation Data Table in Chapter 14, Article VI, Permit Fees in its entirety; and Section 2— Severability — If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end, the provisions of the Ordinance are hereby declared serverable. Section 3— Codification — This Ordinance shall be codified and made a part of the official Code of Ordinances for the Village of Tequesta.
