During those talks Steve has mentioned he would like his senrice weapon as a memento from the Village. i recall at one of the Council meetings Geraldine mentioning we could present him with an engraved knife of the like. 1 think it would be appropriate for the Yllage to surplus Steve's weapon and present it to him at the next Council meeting as it witl be his last. I have found a company in Navada that does just that. Clocks, 5teve's weapon, are made of very hard material and only a few places do this type of engraving. If we Fedex it next week we would have it back in time for his refirement parly. It cannot be done sooner. The weapon we would present to him at the June 8th Council Meeting would represent the one coming in time for his party. i thought of just waiting for the party for the presentation but June 8th will be nis final Cauncil Meeting in the public view. What are your thoughts? ...............Jrh 6/2l2006
