As I told Dalack the last time we spoke, he has sold out his friends for the shaliow prazse of strangers who have no concern for Tequesta or the United States for that matter. I told him tha# his new waiped agenda could oniy bring rid.icule down upon bim. He was undeterred and we parted. Since that bitter parting of the ways I have tried to get into his head so to speak to try to figure out not 4nly his reai morivatian but to guess his next move or moves. Unfortunately, I ntw fear that he is completely captured by these peapie and as a result he is no longer abie to disengage himself no matter the damage he does to Tequesta, h%mself or saddest of ail to his wife. So, I conclude that after he exhausts a11 of his appeals, he will seriously consider taking the oath under protest and try to take his seat. Maybe our attorney should be asked or at least alerted to this possibility. I persanally feel that if he does try ta take a protested vath should this not be considered tantamount to his previous refusal to take the oath and thus considering the Federal Court`s decisions against him he is no Ionger #he elected candidate. I am not an attorney but shouldn't our Village attarney be alerted to the possible event? Sureiy his prv bone council will advise this as his last shot at us. Maybe the Viliage Chazter amendment that I have suggested should have an additional clause to caver this possibility too. Simply stated, shouldn't our Village Charter clearly state that a failure to take the oath of office freely and without any reservation be a requirement of the oath and a failure to do so will autamaticatly remove a candidate from eligibility for office and require the Village to immediately ca11 for a new election to fill the vacancy? Finally, would it not be prudent to ask the Village council if a take this oath without reservativn" partiQn be incorgorated. now in order to prevent Dalack from playing this duplicitous trick upon us one more time? I appreciate you reading my words but be assured that I am just a typical resident trying to think of a way or ways to end this obvious attempt to carry out an agenda that has nothing to do with local gavernment or the wishes of our fellow citizens. Thank you for your faithful service. it is appreciated by more people than you might know. Kindest thoughts, Howard P.S. This note is just being sent to you; however please feel free to sha,re it with whomever you wish in any way you see fit. Hvward
