The area identified for this project was Tequesta Drive. Specifically, the extension of the existing pathway an the north side of Tequesta Ddve slighfly west of Seabrook Road. 'I"he e�tension would go west, connecting the existing fragments along the way, and continue as fax as Arnnour Manar located at Tequesta Drive and Pinetree Drive. The pathway will be 4 feet wide cQncrete to conform with the existing pieces. The work proposal is from Wpnn & Sons Environmental Construction, Inc. and pricing is based on Martin Caunty annual govemment contract #AR 05-343 and is not to exceed the budgeted arnaunt of $75,000. Note that if this work is completed, the pathway will not connect to the comer of Country Club Drive, and there will rexnain a section without a�athway in front of Bermuda Terrace. RESOLUTION NO. 93 -OS/06 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM WYNN AND SONS ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF WEST PALM BEACH FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW PATHWAY ALONG TEQUESTA DRIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $74,999.80 (ACCOUNT #303-390-663.650) WHEREAS, The Village budgeted $75,000.00 for the installation of a sidewalk along the north side of Tequesta Drive, continuing west from the existing sidewalk and; WHEREAS, Wynn and Sons Environmental Construction, Inc. submitted a proposal to complete the installation in the amount of $74,999.80 and; WHEREAS, Wynn and Sons Environmental Construction Inc.'s proposal is piggybacked on Town of Jupiter Contract EPW-2005-25; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: Consideration to award installation of Tequesta Drive pathway to Wynn and Sons Environmental Construction, Inc. in the amount of $74,999.80 (account #303-390-663.650) is hereby approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was offered by Council Member , who moved its adoption.
