Board members present were: Theodore E. Davis, Ruth E. Butterfield, J. Harvey Hartman and alternate member, Helen D. Nickau. Also present were Robert Harp, Board Secretary and A. W. Butterfield, Village Building Official. Vice- Chairman Davis conducted the meeting. He advised it had been called to review additional information on the plan and landscape plan for the Community Federal Savings and Loan Drive -in facility to be constructed by Mr. J. B. Stancliffe on Lot 10, Resubdivision of a portion of Jupiter in the Pines, Section "B" (Gallery Square North). Mr. Stancliffe was present together with James Bassett, Contractor; Jay Nunn, Architect and Steve Glowacki, Jenkins Landscape, Inc.; Pat J. Snow, Community Federal Savings & Loan. The Board had reviewed the new plans including landscape, for the project and agreed they now conformed to the desires of the Board as indicated in their September 5, 1975 letter to the•owner, Mr. Stancliffe. Hartman discussed the type of Malaysian palms proposed to be used and all. parties agreed on using the "green" Malaysian palm. A discussion ensued on the possibility of the facility causing traffic problems and the owner and tenant were advised of these concerns. Mr. Snow said he did not believe the volume of traffic would be great enough to cause any serious problem in this regard and the stacking lanes would probably handle all traffic. Hartman moved, seconded by Nickau that the plan be approved subject to the following provisos: 1. A traffic control is to be installed on the Seabrook Road side at or near the street line which the tellers could monitor and operate to indicate when the stacking lanes are full. Such sign is to meet with the written approval of the Village of Tequesta Chief of Police. _2_ 2. The curb as shown on the landscape plan is to be included in the final project. 3. "Green" Malaysian palm trees are to be used, not "yellow ". The vote on the Motion was: Hartman For Nickau For Butterfield For Davis For and the plans were therefore approved. The Community Appearance Board members then signed the plans. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Robert Harp Clerk
