This is to notify you that the voting equipment is scheduled to be delivered to your facility beginning on Thursday July 30, 2009 through Friday, July 31, 2009 The voting equipment will be removed starting Wednesday, August 5, 2009 The Supervisor of Elections office has made note of your days /hours of operation for the delivery of equipment. The voting equipment will arrive on a transport cart with wheels (approximate dimensions: 5'6 "H x 4'H x 2'D). Depending on the size of the Precinct, some Polling Locations will receive more than one transport cart. Please make sure that the equipment is in a secure place and accessible to the Poll Workers on Election morning. Reminder. We must have the person responsible for the opening of this location unlock the doors no later than 6:00 a.m. on the morning of the Election. Florida Law requires that the Precinct Poll Workers report for duty at 6:00 a.m. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by this office as well as the voters who will be using your facility.
