RESOLUTION NO. 62-05/06
A RESOLUTION OF THE VII.,LAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VII..LAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM
TERRACON SERVICES, INC. FOR LANDSCAPING AND
IRRIGATION OF TEQUESTA LINEAR PARK IN THE
AMOUNT OF $79,358.50 (ACCOLTNT #303-399-663.675)
WHEREAS, the Village Council approved a iandscape design for the FEC
Beautification Project and the Tequesta Linear Park;
WI-�REAS, the Village has received three quotes to install the landscaping and
irrigation according to the approved specifications;
WHEREAS, Terracon Services, Inc. provided the lowest bid proposal attached hereto as
"E�ibit A" and;
WHEREAS, funding for the project will be acquired partially from the Thoroughfare
Beautification Grant approved by Village Council Resolution 48-OS/06yan
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta,
Palm Beach County, Florida, as follows:
Section 1. Consideration to award Tequesta Linear Park landscaping and irrigation installation
to Terracon Seroices, Inc. in the amount of $79,358.50 (account #303-399-663.675) is hereby
approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the same
on behalf of the Village.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was offered by Cauncilmember
, who moved its adoption. The Resolution was seconded by Councilmember , and upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and adopted this day of ,
