HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes_Regular_12/26/1957 MINUTES OF THE COUNCILMEN OF THE VILLAG OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA At 5 PM on Thursday, December 26, 1957, the sixth meeting of the Councilmen of the Village of Tequesta, Florida was held at the Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony, Inc. office at Village Square, Jupiter, Florida. Those present were: John P. Kurtz, Albert D. Alderman, C. W. Pietz, and Walter F. Lathrop. The councilmen heard the first reading of Ordinances #10 and #11, and adopted them unanimously. Ordinances #10 and #11 are attached hereto. The Councilmen, acting as the board of appeals on building codes as authorized in the September 18, 1957 meeting, heard Mr. Alderman explain the necessity of using a 20► street setback on the Dow Finsterwald house and authorized the exception in this instance. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:15 PM. ATTEST: C e
