of the Village of Teouesta, Florida. was held at the Tequesta, Inc. office :t_t
Village Scuare, Jupiter, Flori da. Those present were: John P. Kurtz, C.W. Pietz,
Albert D. Alderman, Thomas H. Daly, Willi_a.m Lord and .Jolter F. Lathrop.

Ori resolution made and approved per attacT:ed copy- , the Federal. Home Loan
B?nk Board was requested to approve an application for permission to establish a
branch office, of the Riviera Beach federal Savin?s and Loan. Association at Jupiter,
Florida.
Tnx Assessor, .' Albert Alderman, reported on progress to date in setting up the
or gi.nal card s- •stern and will proceed as rapidly as possible.
Albert Alderman forcefully iripressed upon the CounciL�?en the desirability
of getting a definite by- Tequesta, Inc. to the Village to insure the
completion of roads and drainage witrin the Village by Tequesta, Inc.. Mr. Alderrn'.n
suggested G. bond. Mr. Lord will prepare an agreement for submission at the next
meeting.
There vies n discussion as to kho owned the water pipes in Tecaesta so that
they might he t= xed. it was determined. ttiat the 5% consumer and 5% Franchise Tax
eliminated any property tax, so they need not be assessed.
The Clerk was requested to approach Mr. Mc. {pinch, Kr. autii.erland, Mr. Gardner,
and as an 1lt fir. Cni.n to represent the Village as Director -5 of the Resources
Develojuent Board.
The Treasurer reported ,708.36 in the checkin`, :accour.t,n! d P olice Chief
Dahl icyerrs request for a radio and fire hose :sere tabled until the Village had
sufficient funds, although both requests were considered most desi.reable.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 AH,
