Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida.
Board members present were: Cleveland, Pierson, Ricci and Alternate
Member: R. Butterfield.
Also present were: Robert Harp, Clerk of the Board and Scott D. Ladd,
Building Official.
Chairman Cleveland read the items that were to be considered at the
meeting. The Clerk advised that the last two (2) items, Bamboo Gardens and
Antiques had come in after the amended Notice of the Meeting had been sent
out and the Board agreed to consider them at this meeting.
The first item for consideration was the application of Richard R.
Campbell and Zareh S. Maronizn for One (1) Wall Sign and One (1) Pole Sign

Shopping Center, formerly Scrupples Too. Campbell and Maronizn were in
attendance as the applicants. The Building Official showed the plans for
the Signs and explained they are to replace the existing Scrupples Too Signs
and the wording "Restaurant and Lounge" would remain the same on both Signs.
Cleveland asked if the Signs met the Code Regulations and Ladd said they did.
The Signs are to be red letters on white background.
Butterfield and Pierson expressed some concern about red letters but
Ladd explained that Signs in this Shopping Center were all of different colors.
