He is willing to remove the sign once he gets his affairs in order from a family emergency. Shauld the sign remain up past the f�rst week of April, I wiU take him to the code enforcement hearing on April 28 If 1 issued a notice of vio{ation to the property owner via certified mail today, due to him being out of town, (certified mail wouldn't be signed for would have to wait for mail to be returned then post the property ect.) proper service wou(dn't happen in time for the March 24 hearing anyway.
