Council Consideration of Appeal by Cliveden Jupiter Island Condominium Association, Inc. and LaMar Condominium Association, Inc. Appeal of Village Staff interpretation of building height measurements in the R-3 Zoning District as applied to a proposed 2,904 square foot, two story pool and fitness accessory building at 400 Beach Road. COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS: Communications from Citizens is an opportunity for the Village Council to hear concerns from citizens and not a time for questions, answers and debate. Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled"Communications from Citizens,"subject to the three-minute limitation. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments subject to the three-minute limitation. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue.
