Suspects arrested after crash
Two burglary suspects were arrested
Friday after leading village police on
a chase and crashing their car into an
unmarked Jupiter police vehicle. The
suspects, Justin Bayliss of Palm Beach
Gardens and an unidentified second
person, are believed to be responsible
for home burglaries throughout Palm
Beach County, village police said. Officers
responded just before 3 p.m. to a burglary
in progress at a home in Tequesta Coun-
try Club, Lt. Jason Turner said. As police
were arriving, the suspects fled before
they could take anything. They crashed
into the unmarked vehicle off Loxa-
hatchee River Road and were arrested
without incident.
