Based on the information provided indicating that the site is less than 10 acres in size and will still have less than 2 acres of impervious surface with no work in and no impacts to wetlands or other surface waters, the work qualifies for a No Notice General Permit for Activities in Uplands according to Section 40E-400.315, FAC of the District's rules. The project is summarized as follows: Location: 400 Beach Road. Traffic (roads and rights of way)- the project does impact traffic, roads or rights of way.
