WILLIAM AND LOIS GRAY, Respondents. RE: Violation of Chapter 30 Article X Section 30 -361 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Address: 63 Live Oak Circle Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: TEQUESTA OAKS LOT 72 PCN: 60- 43- 40- 30 -42- 000 -0720 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 22 day of September, 2011, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, enters an Order Dismissing Case. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents are the owners of the above - described property. 2. The Respondents were represented at the hearing by their daughter Julie Gray; there was a finding of proper notice. 3. Code Enforcement Officer Joe Petrick testified. Ms. Gray and Ms. Gray's neighbor Grace King also offered testimony regarding the alleged repeat violation. Page 1 of 2 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the evidence and testimony presented at the hearing on September 22, 2011, the Special Magistrate found that the circumstances surrounding the dispute did not support a finding of repeat violation of Chapter 30 Article X Section 30 -361 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that this case be DISMISSED. DONE AND ORDERED THIS day of September, 2011.
