Please complete a"Comments By The Public" cazd and give it to ihe Recording Secretary. W6en your name is called, please step up to the podium and state, for the record, your name and addresa. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an o�cial agenda item under the section entitled "Public Hearings." COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entiUed to be heard conceminig any matter under the section entided "Communications From Citizens." OTHER AGENDA TTEMS: Any citizen is entiUed to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments. Village Council Meetings aze public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains ihe right to limit discussion on any issue. NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-6200 at least three ( 3) working days before this Meeting.
