The applicant has submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for site plan review. 3. Based on the information provided indicating that the site is less than 10 acres in size and will still have less than 2 acres of impervious surface with no work in and no impacts to wetlands or other surFace waters, the work qualifies for a No Notice Genera! Permit for Activities in Uplands according to Section 40E-400.315, FAC of the District's rules. The present pool building is being sub fed from the main distribution panel. I would check with the customer to make sure they have enough load to feed the new building.
