Under the third Whereas Clause, I would like it to say, "desires to appoint the Village Cerk, or her designee, and the Palm Beach County..." I would like to add the or her designee wording just in case something crazy happens, like 1 win the lottery, and am not available. Wishful thinking right??? Anyways, are you good with this addition?
