Subject: 50E Agreement Resolution
Keith,
I would like to make an addition to Resolution 26-11(our elections resolution / SOE agreement that you made
corrections to for me) for our upcoming election. Under the third Whereas Clause, I would like it to say, "desires to
appoint the Village Cerk, or her designee, and the Palm Beach County..." I would like to add the or her designee
wording just in case something crazy happens, like 1 win the lottery, and am not available.
Wishful thinking right???
Anyways, are you good with this addition?
Lori
