Address: 116 Golfview Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: TEQUESTA LOT 318 PCN: 60-42-40-26-02-000-3180 The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Compliance Special Magistrate Hearing held on the 20�' da.y of October, 2011 and based on the evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order Reducing Fine. The following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT l. T'he Respondent, Alice Stark, was represented at the hearing by her son Matthew Stark; there was finding that proper notice was given. 2. The Village Code Enforcement Officer testified that the property is now in compliance. 3. The original Fine was assessed in the amount of One Thousand Five �iundred Dollazs ($1,SQ0.00} for the repeat violations that existed on the property from August 22, 2011 through September 21, 20i l, a period of thirty (30) days. Page 1 of 2 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Respondent is no longer in violation of Section 78-644 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that the Respondent's fine shall be reduced to $200.00. The Special Magistrate further reaffirms that Respondent shall be assessed $255027 in administrative costs incurred by the Village prior to the September 22, 2011 hearing date.
