For information regarding procedures for public participation at
Village Council Meetings, please refer to the end of this Agenda.

(Non-Agenda items for public comments are limited
to three (3) minutes, please. Anyone wishing to
speak is asked to complete a public comments card
providing the same to the Recording Secretary
and, when called, go to the podium and state
his/her name for the record prior to addressing
the Village Council.)
IV. REVIEW OF TRAFFIC CALMING PROPOSAL OF THE
TEQUESTA COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, Inc.
V. REVIEW OF PROPOSED MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR PROVISION

matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need a

need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is to be based."
PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item under the
section entitled "Public Hearings," subject_to the three-minute limitation.
COMMUNICATIONS
FROM CITIZENS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any non-agenda matter under
the section entitled "Communications from Citizens," subject to the three-
minute limitation.
OTHER AGENDA
ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the
Village Council calls £or public comments, subject to the three-minute
limitation.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings and, as such, the Village Council retains
the right to limit discussion on any issue.
NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodation in order to
participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to
contact the Village Manager's Office at 575-6200 at least three
(3) working days before this Meeting. Hearing impaired persons
please note that wireless Hearing Assistance System receivers are
available by requesting the same from the Recording Secretary.
