The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M. There were no minutes presented for approval. The Tequesta Cod� Enforcement Officer testified to the ongoing violafion. Conclusion of law was Respondent remains in violation of the above listed code se�tions except for Chapter-3 Section 302.7.2 Page 9 of the Code of t�rdinances of the Village of T`equesta. S�aecial Master Torcivia ordeced that .�tespondent Lori Masen shatl immediately comply with Chapter-3, Section 303.6 Page-10, Chapter-3 Section 303.2 Page-9, Chapter-3 Sec#ion 3Q2.1 Page-9, of the Code of 4rdinances of the Village of Tequesta. Speciat Master Torcivia ordered that a fine o# three thousand seven hundred fifty dottars ($3,750.Q0) be assessed for the violation Ghapter-3 Sec#ion 302.7.2 Page-9 that had existed. The fine was irnposed for the period from February 3, 2005 through February 17, 20Q5. The fine is to be paid by March 23, 2005. A status hearing will be held befi'ore the Specia( Master on the 24 day of March, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at the Vitfag� of Tequesta, Code Compliance Division, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. A certified copy of this 4rder may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach Countx, Florida, and once recorded, shal{ constitute a fien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation exis#ed and upon any other real or p�rson�l proper� owned by the Respondent, purs�uant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, for the original amount. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine shall be �ssessed of one hundred da!lars ($100.00) per day until the property is in full c�mpl'�ance.
