BUDGET 97,195.54
In compliance with Ordinance #594, requixing the Finance DirectoY through the Village Manager
to advise the Village Council at any time that additional YeseYVes/appropriations aYe required that
will ultimately result in the oYiginal budget being exceeded, please be advised that appxoving
Resolution 54-04/05, an item on the ApYil 14, 2005 Village Council meeting, will xesult in
increasing the current 2005 General Fund #001 budget $97,195.54.

RESOLUTION NO. 54-04/05
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUND BALANCE FROM
GENERAL FUND #001 AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT
BUDGETED IN ACCOUNT #001-210-549.995 HURRICANE
FRANCES EXPENSE BY $97,195.54 FOR ADDITIONAL
EXPENDITURES INCURRED FOR HURRICANE RELATED
DEBRIS REMOVAL.
WHEREAS; The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, appropriated Fund
balance in f/y/e 9/3Q/2004 in the amount of $17Q,OOOAO to pay for debris removal
and
WHEREAS; Total invoices submitted by Waste Management Inc. of Florida total
$267,195.54 and
WHEREAS; The Village of Tequesta needs to appropriate an additional $97,195.54
from Fund Balance in the current yeaz to pay for the additional hurricane debris
removal costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Consideration to appropriate additional General fund balance in
the amount of 97,195.54, and to budget such additional funds into account#
001-230-549.995 is hereby authorized.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember ,
who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilmember , and
upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
