The hearing was called to order at 3:00 P.M.

Exterior Structure General
The Respondent, Lori Madsen, was present at the hearing, and proper notice
was found. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violations.
Conclusion of law was Respondent Lori Madsen is in violation of Chapter 3
Section 303.6 Page-10 and Chapter 3— Section 303.1 Page — 9, of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village ofi Tequesta.
Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent Lori Madsen shall comply
with Chapter 3 Section 303.6 Page-10 and Chapter 3— Section 303.1 Page —
9, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta in the following
manner.
Respondent shall contact Mr. Newell, of the Village of Tequesta, to inform him
of the name of the contractor and the date the contractor shall begin

performing the necessary repairs to bring the property into compliance by
January 21, 2005.
If the Respondent does not comply with the time specified, Respondent shall
be assessed a fine of two-hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) per day until the
property is in full compliance.

The Respondent, Lori Madsen, was present at the hearing, and proper notice
was found. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was Respondent Lori Madsen is in violation of Chapter 3
Section 302.8 Page-9, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent Lori Madsen shall continue
to comply with Chapter 3 Section 302.8 Page — 9, of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
If the Respondent does not continue to comply, Respondent may be assessed
a fine up to five-hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day as a repeat violation until
the property is in full compliance.

Exterior Property Areas Swimming Pools
The Respondent, Lori Madsen, was present at the hearing, and proper notice
was found. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was Respondent Lori Madsen is in violation of Chapter 3
Section 302.7.2 Page-9, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent Lori Madsen shall comply
with Chapter 3 Section 302.7.2 Page — 9, of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta by the 3 day of February, 2005 in the following manner:
1. Have a meeting with the Village regarding the fence. �
2. Replacing the fence with the proper enclosure.
3. A Barrier needs to be put in place around the pool to protect the pool
area while the new fence is properly installed.

If the Respondent does not comply within the specific time, Respondent shall
be assessed a fine of two-hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) per day until the
property is in full compliance.

was found. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was Respondent Lori Madsen is in violation of Chapter 3
Section 302.1 Page — 9, of the Code of Ordinances of the Vil{age of Tequesta.
Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent Lori Madsen shall continue
to comply with Chapter 3 Section 302.1 Page — 9, of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
If the Respondent does not continue to comply, Respondent may be assessed
a fine up to five-hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day as a repeat violation until
the property is in full compliance.
There being no further cases, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
