Whereas; Streetlights on Main Street were damaged by Hurricane Frances and require repairs and, Whereas: The Village of Tequesta has received funds through the State of Florida Department of Community Affairs to pay for these repairs and, Whereas: This resolution will not result in a change in Fund Balance. NOW, THEREFORE,� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Considera.tion to increase the F/Y 2004/2005 General Fund #001 Budget by increasing the revenue account #001-004-369.104 FEMA Reimbursement by $21,OOU.00 and increasing expenditure account #001-241-546.312 Repair 8c Maintenance Streetlights by $21,000.00 is hereby and approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta. is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember, who moved its adoption.
