PETITION DESCRIPTION APPLICANT: Cyrese Colbert Dorothy Campbell Tequesta, FL 33469 OWNER: OZ of Tequesta Inc. 30 East Wind Circle SITE: 387 Tequesta Drive Gallery Square North Tequesta, FL 33469 • REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan modification to install two (2) 6 feet x 8 feet store front windows to existing store located at the Gallery Square North. 2. PETITION FACTS ■ This is a minor site plan modification including installation of two (2) 6 feet x 8 feet store front windows to existing brick wall facing parking lot area. ■ Since the applicant is not increasing the square footage of the existing store, there is not an impact on lot coverage, open space and parking. ■ This development application met the requirements set on Section 78-334 notice of hearing. The notice of hearing will be advertised on February 27, 2012. 3. FINAL REMARKS ■ The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board (PZAB) recommended approval of the subject application (voted 5-0) at the February 16, 2012 public hearing. ■ PZAB also recommended the option to ad a future owning to the store front. This unit is the only unit in Gallery Square North that does not h4ve a picture window. There is not enough nntural light in this unit and makes it very dark without Q lot of lighting.
