From our perspective, negotiations for the contract pursuant to the CCNA sefection are going weft and trust you concur. We understand there are stil{ some final detail/language matters to review and discuss. Please let me know when the group has completed their review and are ready to meet. We also understand that, subsequent to the next meeting, the documents will require legal review for form and sufficiency prior to going to Council for finaf approval. f think we are in agreement this should be able to be completed this month. As discussed during the negotiations, in the interim and due to the increasing time urgency of the Water Use Permit renewal project we have forwarded our proposal with the modified scope and pricing structure. Please advise if you have not received this item. I believe this proposal reflects the agreements reached in our negotiations and will allow us to commence work in a timely fashion to ensure submittal prior to the permit expiration date. Thank you and please let me know if you need anything further from us or if any further adjustments are necessary.
