I am a retired Certified Public Accountant, having spent thirty-four years with the accourrting firm of KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co). While with KPMG I was the partner in charge of and heavily involved in the audits of numerous large companies, many of which were in the financial, insurance and related industries. My last four and one-half years with the firm were spent in the Office Advisory Group in the Executive Offices in New York. Since retiring in 1989, among other things, I have served a term on the Board of Governors of Tequesta Country Club as Treasurer and have been a member of the Club's Finance Committee both before and after my term on the Board. 1 have been involved with the Club's Employee Retirement plan for a number of years and am presen�y Chairman of the Retirement Plan Trustees Committee.
