Mr. Hansen has indicated he is not interested in being reappointed to the Boazd. I have spoke with the following individuals and they would be interested in servixig on this Board. I am a retired Certfied Public Aocountant, having spent thirty-four years with the a000unting firm of KPMG (formeriy Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co). While with KPMG t was the partner in charge of and heavily involved in the audits of numerous targe companies, many of which were in the finanaal, insurance and related industries. My last four and one-half years with the firm were spent in the Office Advisory Group in the Executive Offices in New York. Since retiring in 1989, among other things, I have served a term on the Board of Governors of Tequesta Country Club as Treasurer and have been a member of the Club's Finance �Committee both before and after my term on the Board. i have been involved with the Club's Employee Retirement plan for a number of years and am presently Chairman of the Retirement Plan Trustees Committee.
