Section 3. Sev�rabilitg. If ang provision of this Ord'snance or the apglication

applir,ations of this Orciinance, which can be giv�ea effec� without t�e invalid grovisions
or applications; and to this end, the provisions o£ this 4cdinance, are hereby declared
severable.
Section 4: Repeal of Ordinances in Conftict. All other ordinanc�es of the Village of
Tequesta; Fior�da, or parts d�f �hich ca�ict � tbis ar auy part of tt�is Qcdinance
are hereby rep�eated.
Sec�ion 5. Codific�tion. This Ordinance shall be cAdified and made a part of the
official Code of Ordinances to the Village o€Tequesta.
Sedios 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance sfiall take effect icnmediatcety ugoa its
