This project was originally awarded to Olney Earthworks Inc of Stuart, Florida in the amount of $21,014.00. Due to the Hurricanes of 2004, they are no longer available to do these improvements. Grafe Construction has agreed to do the project at below the previous cost. These prices are from Olney Earthworks lowest bid for the Waterway Road improvements that were completed on August 2, 2004. I am recommending we award this proposal to Grafe Construction, in the amount of $21,000.00 This capital project has a budget of $21,015.00 in FY 2004i2005.
