MEMORANDUM
TO: MICHAEL R. COUZZO, VILLAGE MANAGER
FROM: RUSSELL K. WHITE, PUBLIC SERVICES MANAGER
SUBJECT: SURPLUS ITEMS
DATE: FEBRUARY 26, 2008
Attached, please find requests from our various Departments requesting items to be
surplused.
There is an auction coming up April 5, 2008 in Palm Beach Gardens and it would be a
good time to dispose of these items. We have used a local auctioning company in the past
and have had good results, they get a 10% buyers premium, so we receive whatever the
bid amount is.
Please place on the March 18, 2008 agenda.
