As of September 30, 2003, the Village had � incurred and paid expenses of $17,220. Thg Village has two open claims for which there could be substaniial settlements.- As vf Sep[ember 30, 2003, the settlement amounts� are � estimated to be $105,OOQ. � � Business-type Activities , '' Water ReveRUe Bonds —1998 The Villaae issued Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1998, in the amount of $7,915,000 with a � � varying interest rate of 3.8% to 5.125% dated March 1, 1998 and a maturity date of Mazch �028.
