SUBJECT: Resolution 12-04/05, - Bid Proposal to Benchmark III Corporation
for the Removal and Replacement of Well #8 Control Building
For your information, Consent Agenda, Item J(5) regarding the bid proposal has
been moved on the agenda. Item J(5) is now Item N on the Consent Agenda.
Staff recommends approval of the bid proposal to Benchmark III Corporation for
the removal and replacement of Well #8 Control Building in the amount of
$10,698.00.
RESOLUTION NO. 12-04/05
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AWARDING A BID PROPOSAL TO BENCHMARK
III CORPORATION, OF JUPITER, FLORIDA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,698.00, FOR THE REMOVAL AND
REPLACEMENT OF WELL #8 CONTROL BUILDING WITH
FUNDING COMING FROM BUDGETED ACCOUNT #401-411
646.605 AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE PROPOSAL ON BEHALF OF
THE VTLLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Consideration to award a bid proposal
to Benchmark III Corporation, of Jupiter, Florida,
in the amount of $10,698.00, for the removal and
replacement of the control building at Well # 8,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
reference as a part of this Resolution is hereby
approved and the Village Manaqer of the Village of
Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the Village.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by
Councilmember , who moved its
adoption. The motion was seconded by
Councilmember , and upon being
put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
