A. $495,000.00 IS CURRENTLY BUDGETED IN

B. $49,500.00 IS TO BE APPROPRTATED FROM
FUND BALANCE IN THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND ACCOUNT #301-210-
663.652 PATHWAY IMPROVEMENTS.
AND AUTHORIZING THE VII.LAGE MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE PROPOSAL AND
TO APPROVE A CHANGE ORDER IN AN AMOUNT

The following is a summary of the above referenced, the bid total is $529,596.00. The
funding for the project comes from three (3) different sources.
1. Capital Expansion Account # 401-414 662.636 budgeted amount $395,000.00
2. Grant from the South Florida Water Management District, $100,000.00
3. Budget appropriation from the General Fund for the sidewalk portion of the
project (included in the bid price) $49,500.00
Total funding equals $544,500.00. After deducting cost from the SFWMD grant, and the
budget appropriation from the general fund for the sidewalk the total cost to the Utilities
Department is $380,096.00. This equates to a savings of $14,904.00 of the amount
budgeted.

Sealed proposals will be zeceived by the undersigned at the Village
�f Tequesta, Public Works Facilit�, 136 Bridge Road, �equesta,
Florida 33469 until 2:00 PM on May 27, 2004 a� which time and
p�ace they will be publicly opened and read a1QUd.
The work for which this propvsal is tQ b� submit�ed consis�s of the
installation, cc�nstruction and tes�ing of 430o LF of 16-inch and 1700
LF of 12-inch PVC pipe, three (3} jack and bare and one (1)
directional bore. All wark pErfQrmed ehall be in accordance wi�h the
Contracr nocuments pertaining thereto, which may be examined at the
c�f�ice of ARC�1DZS Reese, Macon and Associates, Inc,, 6415 Lake Worth
Road, Ste. 307, Lake Worth, Florida 33463.
One copy of �he Contract Dacuments, including blank bid forms, may be
ob�ained at the affice df ARCA.DIS Reese, Macon and Associates, Inc.,
upon payment c�f $65.p0, which amount will ndt be retunded.
A certified or cashier�s Check on a national or state bank or a bid
ban,d in a sum not less than five percent (5�a of the amount of tihe

place they will be publicly opened�and read aloud:
The work tor which tk�is proposal is tv b� submitted consists of the
installat,ion, c�nstruetion and testing of 430o LF of 16-inch an,d 1700

directianal bore. All work p�rform�d ahall be in accordance wi�h the
Contracr pocuments pertaining thereto, which may be examined at the
