MINUTES
April 22, 2004
PRESENT: Special Master Paulette Torcivia; Code Enforcement Officer Jason
Fleming, and Recording Secretary Betty Laur.
The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the March 25, 2004
Special Master Hearing as submitted.

Dumpsters
The Respondent, Almont Villas LLC, was not present at the hearing; however,
there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified that Respondent was not in repeat violation.
Conclusion of law was Respondent is not in repeat violation of
Section 361 App-X 1-4 Pages 1195-1196.1, Location and Screening of
Dumpsters, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any
other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes, for the original amount.

The Respondent, Heather Young, was present at the hearing. The Tequesta
Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.
Conclusion of taw is that Respondents are violation of Ordinance 464 App-A
XL3 Page 1185 R-1-A Parking, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta.
Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Heather and Dean Young,
shafi compfy with Ordinance 464 App-A XL3 Page 1185 R-1-A Parking, of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, by April 23. 2004. If
Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of Seventy Five
Dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation
continues to exist.
