Wells 23 and 24 are limited to 11.88 MG /month and 3.0 MG /month,
respectively.
2. Limiting Condition 22: Every 10 years the Village must submit a water use
compliance report.
3. Limiting Condition 24: By April 31, 2012, the Village must provide an
updated plan for the listed components of the Water Conservation Plan
(items 24.a — 24.e). Please review this carefully. There are several action
items that need immediate attention and it is likely that the District will be
monitoring the conservation efforts closely.
4. Limiting Condition 27: The Village shall implement the Wellfield Operating
Plan submitted in support of the application for permit, Exhibit 10 and Exhibit
11 of the above referenced permit. Now that Well RO -4 is online, the
Wellfield Operating Plan must be revised to reflect the additional Floridan
Aquifer well. When Well 28 is installed and online the Wellfield Operating
Plan must be revised to reflect the additional Surficial Aquifer well. We will
prepare and submit the updated Wellfield Operating Plan to include Well RO-
4 and forward for review prior to submitting to the District.
5. Limiting Condition 28: Requires monthly water level monitoring of the
Village's production wells. We have contacted the District and they have
advised via electronic mail that this condition will not be required. The initial
due date for reporting production well levels is December 31, 2011. Prior to
this date we will engage with SFWMD in an attempt to have the permit
formally modified to reflect the correct monitoring requirements for the
production wells.
6. Exhibit 10: Limits average monthly withdrawals from the Western Wellfield
to 26.377 MG and the Eastern Wellfield to 39.141 MG, with the exception of
Wells 23 and 24 which maximum withdrawals shall not exceed those listed
above and listed in the Wellfield Operating Plan.
