STAFF REVIEW The Island House South West Condominium building was built in 1968. The proposed application does not increase the square footage of existing condominium units (30 units). The subject application is requesting recommendation to remove kitchen door and side light to replace it with high impact windows on each applicable building elevation as indicated in attached aerial view. The proposed wall color will match existing building color. The subject application has a letter of approval from the Home Owner Association. The intent is to provide to �ach cwner the �ppertur,�ty to rno�+�fy the�r unit ur.�er this ap�rc��al. Currently, fiv? (5) ��nit� have already replaced their kitchen door with high impact windows (see attached picture). Village StafF points out that removing this door will not have a negative impact on egress requirement.
