THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO OFFSET THE SALARY OF CORPORAL BROEDELL WHILE ASSIGNED TO THE D.E.A. TASK FORCE. WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has certified that the request complies with the provisions of Chapter 932, F.S.S. NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 The Village Council hereby adopts Resolution 8-12 authorizing the use of $50,000 from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund to be used to offset Corporal Broedell salary while assigned to the D.E.A. Task Force.
