MEETING M{NUTES
November 15, 2012
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The Village of Tequesta Planning and Zoning Advisory Board held a regularly
scheduled meefiing at the Tequesta Village Hafl, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida,
on Thursday, November 15, 2012. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. A roll
call was taken by Deanna Mayo, Assistant to the Village Clerk, who noted the following
were present: Chair James Hackett, Board Member Elizabeth Schauer, Board Member
Eric Jol(y, Alternates Janet Strand and Sebastian A. Loaiza. Vice Chair Michael
Schmidt and Board Member Steven P. Eagen were absent from the meeting. Also
present were Community Development Director Nilsa Zacarias, Village Attorney Keith
Davis, and Assistant to the Village Clerk Deanna Mayo.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Board Member Schauer moved to approve the agenda as submitted; Board
Member Jolly seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote.
1. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: August 16, 2012
MOTION: Boar�d Member Jolly moved to approve the minutes of the August 16, 2012
meeting as submitted. Board Member Schauer seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous 5-0 vote.
2. SPR 05-12
Application from St. Clair Builders, Inc., as agent fior James Swistock, owner
of property located at 283 River Drive, Tequesta, R1-A Single-family
Dwelling District, for erection of six (6') feet in height entry feature masonry
columns located on each side of the entrance driveway, with six (6') feet high
gates.
Attorney Davis swore in person interested in speaking to SPR 05-12. He then asked for
any Ex parte communications. There were none.
Chair Hackett asked for comments; there being none he asked for a motion.
MOTION: Board Member Jolly moved to approve of SPR 05-12; Board Member
Schauer seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote.

MOT14N: Upon motion by Board Member Jolly; seconded by Board Member Loaiza,
and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 5:34 p.m.
